searching for an above-average and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of the
Administrative Assistant & Receptionist.
The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will answer incoming calls and direct the caller to the appropriate individual;
receives visitors, secures identification as required, and determines whom they
wish to see; answers general requests for information within established
guidelines; performs secretarial duties such as typing, data entry, schedule
coordination, handling company mail; processes some accounts payable.
Skills & Experience
Provide professional services relating to Team Member Relations,
Benefits Administration, Policy Administration, HR Compliance & Reporting, HRIS, Recruitment, Training &
Assist in Benefits, Performance
& Compensation reviews; Team Member Recognition, Meetings, & Communications.
Required: Bachelors Degree in Human Resource
Management, Business Administration or related field. 3 Years experience in Human Resources
administration. Strong interpersonal,
verbal & written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources
