MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

To perform facility maintenance, machine maintenance, and provide improvement ideas. The successful candidate will possess all of the following skills and experience:


  • STRONG HYDRAULIC TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS IS A MUST 

  • Strong pneumatic troubleshooting skills 

  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Strong MIG welding skills, also some TIG

WELDER

The successful candidate will be skilled in both TIG and MIG welding with stainless steel, carbon steel, and other materials. Job duties will primarily involve TIG pipe welding. The successful candidate will also be capable of reading blueprints/fabrication. In addition, we desire an individual with lathe, mill and drill press experience. Experience welding in a manufacturing setting is desired. Pay commensurate with experience.

IT Technician

Candidate must be a self starter with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills. The successful candidate will be working with users troubleshooting computer, network and smartphone issues both locally and remotely. While working knowledge of each of the following is required, we are also looking for individuals who excel in one or more of the following categories:

Lined Steel Pipe Fabrication - General Labor

Looking for hardworking individuals for our lined steel pipe fabrication department. Duties include the operation of our FlangeX pipe flaring machine, lining and flaring of PTFE liners, testing, cleaning, and some painting. Press Operator

ANDRONACO INDUSTRIES is a growing manufacturing company located in Kentwood, Michigan with an open position as a Press Operator working with fiberglass. The successful candidates should have the following capabilities and experience:

  • Compression molding experience desired
  • FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) experience a plus
  • Basic carpentry skills
  • Ability to fabricate plumb and square
  • Experience with circular saws, tape measures, hand tools, calipers.
  • Experience running machinery
  • Experience working with fiberglass
  • Warehouse experience moving materials, stocking shelves, and/or packaging boxes

We have two full-time positions available:

4 days per week, 6:00am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs schedule.

4 days per week, 3:30pm-2:00am Mon-Thurs schedule (training will occur during first shift hours initially)

The starting pay is $14.00 per hour and will advance in three steps to $16.00/hr. after one year as the person becomes proficient in the operation of all the equipment in the area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
Reads and interprets blue prints
Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
Properly and safely replace inserts and materials onto machines
Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment

Perform first piece inspection on simple geometry

RESPONSIBILITIES
