We are a growing manufacturing company looking for a Mechanical Engineer. The successful applicant will be competent in the design of fluid pressure vessels based on strength of materials calculations.
The successful candidate will have:
Provide professional services relating to Team Member Relations,
Benefits Administration, Policy Administration, HR Compliance & Reporting, HRIS, Recruitment, Training &
Assist in Benefits, Performance
& Compensation reviews; Team Member Recognition, Meetings, & Communications.
Reports directly to CEO.
Part-time, possibly full-time.
Required: Bachelors Degree in Human Resource
Management, Business Administration or related field. 3 Years experience in Human Resources
administration. Strong interpersonal,
verbal & written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources
The position will be responsible for the handling of IT related support, maintenance, and technical issues. The successful candidate must be a self starter with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills who works well with a team or independently.
While working knowledge of each of the following is desired, we are also looking for individuals who excel in one or more of the following categories:
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule, with the ability to occasionally work long hours and weekends as needed. Typical hours will be 8 AM to 5 PM.
