CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
ANDRONACO INDUSTRIES is a growing manufacturing company in search of an above-average individual to fill the role of CNC Machine Operator. A successful candidate will have the ability to operate Mazak CNC lathes to produce components that meet proper tolerances.
Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
Reads and interprets blue prints
Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
Properly and safely replace inserts and materials onto machines
Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
Utilizes and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures
Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions
Perform first piece inspection on simple geometry
Clear chips from parts during operation stops
Identify part defects and alert supervisor
Understand tool ware and when to change tooling
Operating Mazak CNC lathes
Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator: 1 year (preferred)
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and producing parts in accordance to prints
Experience with gauges and measuring instruments
Experience with ISO and safety procedures
Must have experience on Mazatrol T-32, T+, Fusion 640t, or Nexus controls
High school education required; certificate or diploma in machine operation or relevant discipline a plus
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, first shift position with incentive programs available. We offer a competitive benefits package after 90 days.
