RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Assist customers with pricing for both PureFlex and Ethylene product lines
•Invoice customers daily
•Answer phone calls and emails for both companies with technical and pricing support, technical aptitude a plus

We are a growing manufacturing company in search of an above-average individual to fill a role in our Shipping and Receiving department. A successful candidate will have at least 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Verifying products to be shipped against packing slip, pack to ensure safe delivery, verify method of delivery
• Identify best method for carriers on outgoing items
• Count, weigh, identify, and record transactions of incoming and outgoing items
• Use computer to generate shipment paperwork (domestic and international) and schedule pickup
• Verify count of received products
• Maintain proper identification of items for purpose of control
• Responsible for updating inventory in computer and deliver product to proper department or storage area
• Picking of items to be shipped, box or crate outgoing items, and ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded
• Prepare or build shipping containers
• Notify appropriate persons/departments of items in low supply
• Detect, segregate, and report non-conformances to immediate Supervisor of Quality Control
• Print and distribute invoices to Sales, Accounting, Production Control, and Customer.
