ANDRONACO INDUSTRIES is a growing manufacturing company in search of an above-average individual to fill this role in our Shipping and Receiving departments. A successful candidate will have at least 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verifying products to be shipped against packing slip, pack to ensure safe delivery, verify method of delivery Identify best method for carriers on outgoing items Count, weigh, identify, and record transactions of incoming and outgoing items. Use computer to generate shipment paperwork (domestic and international) and schedule pickup. Verify count of received products, maintain proper identification of items for purpose of control. Responsible for updating inventory in computer and deliver product to proper department or storage area. Picking of items to be shipped, box or crate outgoing items, and ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded. Prepare or build shipping containers. Notify appropriate persons/departments of items in low supply. Detect, segregate, and report non-conformances to immediate Supervisor of Quality Control. Print and distribute invoices to Sales, Accounting, Production Control, and Customer. Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:
High school education required.
POSITION TYPE/HOURS:
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, first shift position with incentive programs available. We offer a competitive benefits package after 90 days.

Position and Responsibilities Overview
Customer Quotes
The Ramparts Sales and Customer Service Representative is
also responsible for generating customer quotes based on applications from
customers in addition to parts quotes for replacement parts. The Representative
also coordinates with the outside sales force to help follow-up with customers
on quotes and offers for field support.
Daily Tasks –
In addition to daily application review and quoting tasks
the candidate will assist customers by fielding emails, answering phones,
entering orders, creating shipping documents and tracking daily sales.
Position Qualification Requirements
2-5 years experience in customer service/sales
