Nil-Cor® Full-Face Wafer Valve/Lug Butterfly Valve, PTFE Lined, Fiberglass Reinforced Composite Body, Size: 2”– 12” (Series 710) is a full-face wafer/lug butterfly valves with through-drilled or threaded flange bolt holes for corrosive chemical and high-purity services. It manufactured from advanced fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin that is as strong as steel, ½ the weight of ductile iron and will never corrode.

- STRONG, LIGHT-WEIGHT, ZERO CORROSION: the valve body is manufactured from advanced fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin that is as strong as steel, ½ the weight of ductile iron and will never corrode.
- ONE PIECE DISC: PFA/CD4MCu s.s. one piece disc with double “D” shaft drive. Other disc materials available.
- THICK PTFE SEAT: PTFE seat is .125” thick, energized by non-wetted elastomer for bubble tight shut-off.
- LEAK FREE SERVICE: energized triple stem seals top and bottom for leak free service.
- DURABLE AND LIGHT WEIGHT: Nil-Cor® butterfly valves is manufactured from advanced fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin that is as strong as steel, ½ the weight of ductile iron and will never corrode, Guaranteed.
- BODY CONFIGURATIONS: flange wafer or lug style
- CONFORMS TO ALL APPLICABLE STANDARDS: API 609, DIN 302, ISO 5752, BS EN593, ANSI B16.5, CLASS 150 Flange Drilling.
