Lined Composite Butterfly Valves
Fluoropolymer-lined composite butterfly valves combine a composite material body with a fluoropolymer, chemical-resistant liner that can handle extreme and extensive temperatures. The combination of both materials gives the valve the required strength to be used across various applications that deal with the handling of corrosive fluids and tough chemicals. PTFE & PFA lined composite butterfly valves are utilized across many industries, specifically chemical, oil/gas industries and high purity industries. Product Details
- Pureflex® 800 Series Butterfly Valve. The valve body is constructed with Durcor®, a proprietary advanced fiber reinforced composite. Seat options are corrosion resistant PTFE or abrasion resistant UHMWPE.
- Pureflex® 860 Series Butterfly Valve. The valve body is constructed with Durcor®, a proprietary advanced fiber reinforced composite. Seat options are resiliently seated with either EPDM or Hypalon (soft rubber).
- Pureflex® 890 Series Butterfly Valve. The bodies are manufactured from Derakane™ 411 vinyl ester reinforced with ECR glass fiber and are offered in sizes 14" and higher. Double offset Viton seat retainer.
- Nil-Cor® 700 Series Full-Face Wafer Valve/Lug Butterfly Valve is PTFE Lined with a Fiberglass Reinforced Composite Body. Seat options are PTFE/Silicone or PTFE/Viton.
