Durcor®

Durcor® is the world's first and only advanced structural composite piping system, lined with seamless fluoropolymer liner, to handle the most corrosive fluid streams, safely. A proprietary design and manufacturing method makes Durcor as strong as steel, less than 1/3 the weight and zero interior or exterior corrosion in even the most caustic environments.    

Durcor piping system should not be confused with a dual laminate system. Unlike dual laminate systems, Durcor has excellent dimensional control and tolerance as well as outstanding surface quality. Durcor utilizes thick, seamless fluoropolymer liners that do not require any chemical or mechanical bonding to composite that could lead to delamination failure, as is often the case with traditional dual laminate systems.

Durcor provides the lowest total cost of ownership through its advanced design. The composite housing and fluoropolymer lining system, combined with composite fittings and flanges of the same design, permit installation just as a steel system would be installed, only at 1/3 the weight, installation is far safer and easier.  Because Durcor is the most corrosion resistant system for highly corrosive fluid streams in its interior and exterior, Durcor can last up to 5x as long without traditional preventative and predictive maintenance work, as with traditional steel systems.
