Fluoropolymer-Lined Composites
Durcor® is a leader in the fluoropolymer composite piping market. Each component features a seamless PTFE, FEP, PFA, or PVDF lining, ensuring internal chemical resistance for even the most demanding applications. Additionally, our fluoropolymer composites come with an industry-leading five-year full warranty against environmental corrosion.
Durcor® is equivalent to schedule 40 steel pipe in terms of support span. Users can treat it as such for use and fitting purposes by simply following torque procedures. It offers unrivaled corrosion resistance, exceptional strength-to-weight ratios, and lightweight construction at one third the weight of lined steel.
We manufacture fluoropolymer-lined composites with the following specifications:
- Diameters from 1 to 8 inches
- Full vacuum rated
- Pressures up to 275 psig
- Uninsulated temperature ratings -40 degrees to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
Fluoropolymer lined, engineered structural composite piping offer a cost-efficient piping solution. Its lightweight construction reduces freight costs and makes it easy to handle and install. Fluoropolymer-Lined Valves
Nilcor butterfly valves offer superior fluid management and industrial flow control. Each one features a PTFE or elastomer lining that eliminates shaft hub leaks. We manufacture butterfly valves in sizes ranging from 2 to 12 inches with full-faced wafer and threaded lug body types and ANSI CL 150 flange drilling.
Fluoropolymer Composite Expansion Joints
Expansion joints are critical in piping system configurations to ensure thermal expansion and contraction are managed properly.
