Nil-Cor® Full-Face Wafer Valve/Lug Butterfly Valve, UHMWPE Lined, Fiberglass Reinforced Composite Body, Size: 2”– 12” (Series 710) is a full-face wafer/lug butterfly valve with through-drilled or threaded flange bolt holes and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) liner and encapsulated disc for corrosive and abrasive chemical services. The valve body is manufactured from advanced fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin that is as strong as steel, ½ the weight of ductile iron and will never corrode.

- ONE PIECE DISC: The UHMWPE/CD4MCu s.s. is a one piece disc with double “D” shaft drive. Other disc materials available.
- THICK PTFE SEAT: PTFE seat is .125” thick, energized by non-wetted elastomer for bubble tight shut-off.
- LEAK FREE SERVICE: The energized triple stem seals top and bottom for leak free service.
- DURABLE AND LIGHT WEIGHT: The valve body is manufactured from advanced fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin that is as strong as steel, ½ the weight of ductile iron and will never corrode, guaranteed.
- BODY CONFIGURATIONS: Flange wafer or lug style.
