  • STRONG, LIGHT-WEIGHT, ZERO CORROSION: The valve body is manufactured from advanced fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin that is as strong as steel, ½ the weight of ductile iron and will never corrode
  • ONE PIECE CASTING MATERIAL OPTIONS: Disk and stem are one piece casting available in stainless steel or food grade EPDM or Hypalon encapsulated nickel-plated DCI with double “D” shaft drive. Other disc material available
  • THICK FOOD-GRADE OR HYPALON ELASTOMER SEAT: Seat is thick food grade EPDM meeting FDA 21CFR177.2600 or Hypalon elastomer locked into valve body
  • LEAK FREE SERVICE: Energized triple stem seals top and bottom for leak free service
  • DURABLE AND LIGHT WEIGHT: Nil-Cor® butterfly valves weigh less than ½ the weight of ductile iron. This means reduced handling and shipping expenses and easier installation
  • BODY CONFIGURATIONS: Flange wafer or lug style

  • Disc: EPDM/DCI, Hypalon/DCI, Gr. C-2 Titanium, 316 stainless steel
  • Seat: EPDM, Hypalon, other elastomers upon request
  • Body Bolts: Zinc-dichromate plated ASTM A193 Gr. B7
  • Flange Connections: Bolt holes may be through drilled (wafer) or threaded (lug)
  • Actuator Mounting Pad: Per ISO 5211
