Threaded Ball Valve
Nil-Cor® Polysulfone Resin Ball Valve, Glass Fiber Reinforced 410 Series Threaded End Ball Valve is for corrosive chemical service used in construction of pressurized piping systems, particularly in sodium hypochlorite systems. The 410 Series Threaded Ball Valve is the world’s only advanced composite three-piece NPT threaded-end ball valve.

- THREE PIECE DESIGN WITH THREADED END CONNECTIONS: The world’s only advanced composite three-piece NPT threaded end ball valve. The three-piece design permits assembly to replace all parts without machining or bonding or unthreading pipe connections. The valve has the same chemical resistance as the 410 (non-threaded) but in smaller sizes and convenient threaded connections.
- DURABLE AND LIGHT WEIGHT: Excellent alternative to high alloy valves. Nil-Cor ball valves are 50% - 80% lower cost and 1/3 the weight. These valves provide savings on piping supports and makes Nil-Cor ball valves ideal for use on plastic and FRP flanged piping systems.
- EASILY MODIFIED: Modified versions can be equipped with end caps of PVC, CPVC or other materials to facilitate adaptation to the piping system while maintain the benefits of the tremendously strong and versatile polysulfone body, ball and encapsulated Hastelloy® C stem.
- CORROSION RESISTANT, SAFE AND RELIABLE: All Nil-Cor ball valves feature lightweight, corrosion resistant bodies and a lock-out as standard equipment.
