Nil-Cor® Polysulfone Resin Ball Valve, Flanged Ball Valve, Glass Fiber Reinforced, Sizes 1-4 (410 Series)
Nil-Cor® Polysulfone Resin Ball Valve, Flanged Ball Valve, Glass Fiber Reinforced (410 Series) features a one-piece body, eliminating the leak path inherent in a body joint. These non-threaded ball valves are for corrosive chemical service used in construction of pressurized piping systems.

- ONE-PIECE BODY: The one-piece valve body is made of a solid construction of glass fiber and polysulfone resin.
- FDA APPROVED: The polysulfone resin is approved by the FDA for food contact.
- DURABLE AND LIGHT WEIGHT: Excellent alternative to high alloy valves. Nil-Cor ball valves are 50% - 80% lower cost and 1/3 the weight. Saves money on piping supports and makes Nil-Cor ball valves ideal for use on plastic and FRP flanged piping systems.
- CORROSION RESISTANT, SAFE AND RELIABLE: All Nil-Cor ball valves feature lightweight, corrosion resistant bodies, no wetted metallic components and a lock-out as standard equipment.
- UNIQUE COLOR CODING: All valves have unique color coding for easy field identification.
Technical Details
Materials of Construction
- Body: Solid construction of fiberglass and polysulfone resin.
- Gland: Hastelloy-C with integral locking plate.
- Stem: Hastelloy-C metal insert with molded fiberglass/polysulfone composite on all wetted surfaces.
- Gland Bolts: Hastelloy-C
- Stem Packing: Chevron style PTFE.
- Thrust Washer: Glass and carbon-filled PTFE.
- Insert: Solid construction of fiberglass and polysulfone resin.
- Seals: PTFE-coated FKM elastomer O-ring.
- Ball: Solid construction of fiberglass and polysulfone resin.
- Seats: Self-Relieving Virgin PTFE. Glass-filled and CavityFiller seats available.
- Operators: Composite (1”-4”). All handles have locking provision. Gears available on all sizes.

- Available in sizes 1” TO 4” (ANSI B16.5 Class 150 Flange Drilling; DIN10 PN10, PN16 and JIS 10K)
- Valve face to face dimensions meet ANSI B16.10
