Dual Laminate Pipes
Dual laminate pipes consist of a fiberglass composite exterior tank/pipe system adhered to a thermoplastic or fluoropolymer liner. A proprietary bonding process ensures longevity and reduces failures from vacuum and thermal expansion.
With over 60 years of experience, we can manufacture tanks and pipes with several thermoplastic and fluoropolymer liners. Our team will work with you to find the correct lining material for your chosen application.
We custom manufacture Endurance pipes using hand lay-up techniques and filament winding, depending on the application. Our dual laminate fiberglass tanks/pipes are available in diameters from 1 inch up to 72 inches and can be lined with PP, CPV C, PFA, FEP, PVDF, ECTFE, and ETFE.
Applications for Dual Laminates
Dual laminate fiberglass tanks and pipes are ideal for applications which are too corrosive or incompatible with unlined fiberglass or may be a more cost-effective option over expensive alloys. Also, when high purity is a concern, dual laminates are a nice solution with no metals. The unique composition of our tanks and pipes offers superior resistance to leaching agents and chemicals while maintaining high-purity process capabilities.
