Lined Composite Butterfly Valves

Depending on your specific industrial application, Andronaco Industries offers Nil-Cor® UHMWPE lined composite butterfly valves and Nil-Cor® elastomer lined composite butterfly valves. Each of these lined composite valves are suitable for a variety of applications. 

Elastomer lined composite valves offer flexible, resistant properties and incredible sealing attributes, perfect for potential leaks and tight valve shut-offs. UHMWPE lined composite valves are superior when used for applications that require extreme durability, impact strength and high abrasion resistance. 

Both lined composite valves are strong, light-weight and corrosion resistant. The valve bodies are manufactured from advanced fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin that is as strong as steel, ½ the weight of ductile iron and will never corrode.
