Conley Composites Basket Strainer
The Conley Basket Strainer helps protect process systems from unwanted contaminants while remaining corrosion resistant and durable. Choose from FEP, stainless steel or polypropylene baskets offered in different size preforations. Backed by reinforced vinyl ester or E-Plus™ epoxy resin, your system’s corrosion resistant integrity remains intact while a "fiber-forged" hex nut gives easy access for cleaning and maintenance. Extra heavy wall filament wound for service up to 150 psi. Premium aromatic amine cured epoxy cages for operating temperatures up to 275°F.

- ALL GLASS FIBER CONSTRUCTION: No metal working parts to corrode.
- EASE OF SERVICEABILITY: Basket access cap is “Fiber-Forged” with a hex nut and slot combination for easy removal.
- BASKETS: Standard FRP or 316 stainless steel or polypropylene are available with most any size perforation.
- CORROSION RESISTANCE: Plays an important part of Conley Basket Strainers with the availability of reinforced vinyl ester or E-Plus™ epoxy resin liner systems in standard 60 mil or optional 100 mil liner thicknesses. All liners are reinforced with multiple layers of Nexus®.
- LIGHT-WEIGHT: Weighs approximately one-third of their metal counterparts.
- OPTIONS AVAILABLE: Please inquire about the following basket strainer options that are available: Color coding, fire-resistant strainers, conductive strainers, abrasion-resistant liners.
