Polyvalve Stem Extension
Valve stem extensions are made of a 1" solid steel shaft with a 4" centering ring near the top to prevent side loading of the stem in valve boxes.
The top operator is 2" solid square nut, the bottom adapter is designed for use with 2" operating nuts.

Available for all lever operated valves which utilize a 2" square nut. Individually sized for valves ranging from ½"-8" full port. Pin accepts standard ¼" shank lock out padlocks. Epoxy coated for durability, can be painted to meet specific site needs.
