Series 60 FGD-AR Specialty FRP Pipe, Abrasion Resistant Piping for FGD Services, Slurries
The Conley Composites Series 60 FGD-AR (Flue Gas Desulphurization -Abrasion Resistant) Specialty FRP Pipe has a heavy-duty corrosion/abrasion resistant barrier for longer wear filament wound piping for service up to 250 psi. The inner liner consists of a 100 mil four layers (min) Nexus® reinforced corrosion barrier available in Epoxy or Vinyl Ester resin with a premium aromatic amine cured product for operating temperatures up to 275°F. The Series 60 FGD-AR Specialty FRP Pipe offers excellent chemical resistance and abrasion resistant inner liner.

- UV/CORROSION BARRIER: External UV/Corrosion barrier minimum 10 mil on all pipe and fittings.

- IN-HOUSE FABRICATION: Specialty FRP pipe from your blueprints to pipe assemblies.
- STRAIGHT SOCKET JOINING SYSTEM: No expensive tapering tools required.
- FILAMENT WOUND FITTINGS: A complete line of filament wound fittings are available.
- SLURRY VELOCITY RECOMMENDATION: Maximum recommended gympsum slurry velocity is 7 fps (2 m/s).
