The Bridge Drain Specialty FRP Pipe by Conley Composites is manufactured with a synthetic veil reinforced epoxy internal corrosion barrier, an epoxy filament wound fiberglass reinforced cage, and a standard synthetic reinforced external corrosion barrier for superior resistance to UV degradation. The pipe consists of 3 layers; the synthetic veil reinforced internal corrosion barrier, the filament wound reinforcement or cage, and the synthetic veil reinforced external corrosion/UV inhibitor.

- EXCELLENT CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: Offers excellent corrosion resistance with a synthetic veil reinforced epoxy internal corrosion barrier, an epoxy filament wound fiberglass reinforced cage, and a standard sythetic veil reinforced external corrosion barrier for superior resistance to UV degradation.
- FIBERGLASS PIPE: All materials are lightweight, manufactured using a premium epoxy thermosetting resin and continuous strand e-glass for structural strength.
- PIPE CONSISTS OF THREE LAYERS: The pipe consists of 3 layers; the synthetic veil reinforced internal corrosion barrier, the filament wound reinforcement or cage, and the synthetic veil reinforced external corrosion/UV inhibitor.
- INTERNAL CORROSION BARRIER: The inner liner consists of synthetic veil saturated with aromatic amine cured premium epoxy resin. This layer shall be a maximum of 90% resin and 10% reinforcement to increase impact and chemical resistance.
- NO SPECIAL TOOLS REQUIRED: All Conley pipes utilize a bonded—straight socket for joining. Easy to install. No special tools are required.
- SIZES AVAILABLE: 3” through 20”. Inquire for availability of larger sizes.
- FILAMENT WOUND FITTINGS: A complete line of filament wound fittings are available.
- STRAIGHT SOCKET CEMENT JOINTS: This type of joint shall be the only means of joining pipe to pipe and fittings. Tapering or machining of the pipe shall not be allowed, nor shall butt wrap joints. Pipe to pipe connections shall be made with straight socket cement couplings.
- GUARANTEE: 25-year guarantee against ‘fiber blooming’ on all pipe and fittings.
